Instructions

A warm up is a must! Spend at least 5 minutes skipping, jogging and lunging it out.

*Beginners: Do each exercise for 30 seconds instead of 60 seconds. 

Legs & Booty
1. Burpees (my fav) 60sec
2. Side leg raises (30 sec each side)
3. 180 degree squat jumps 60sec
SKIP 2 MINUTES
Arms & Shoulders
1. Commandos 60sec
2. Mountain climbers 60sec
3. Push-ups (feet or knees) 60sec
SKIP 2 MINUTES
Core
1. Leg circles in the air (30sec each leg)
2. Plank jacks 60sec
3. Crunch chops 60sec
SKIP 2 MINUTES

*Don't skip your warm up OR cool down/stretch ...SO IMPORTANT!
